Job Description

The HireGenAI platform initiates the hiring process by capturing structured job requirements directly from business stakeholders. It gathers relevant details such as skills, experience level, compensation, and location. The system then automatically posts the job to multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, regional job portals), ensuring consistent and timely visibility.

HireGenAI distributes open roles across integrated job portals, LinkedIn, and regional platforms using APIs. It intelligently maps the job to platform-specific formats and keywords to maximize reach and relevance, driving high-quality candidate traffic from the start.

Talent Screening

Upon application, the HireGenAI scans each CV against the JD using LLM-based matching algorithms and tags profiles as "No Match" or "Potential Match". For potential matches, it conducts an initial voice-based screening call to collect additional candidate insights like availability, interest, and a quick fit check. A standardized matrix with highlights, lowlights, question-level scoring, and overall ranking is generated to ensure unbiased shortlisting.

Interviewing
